I've just updated the Bonus Materials page on the Paper Doll Veronika site. One of the things there is bloopers! As I place the pages on the scanner, sometimes things slip out of place. It does happen less often now that I've discovered I can use the scanner upside-down, but we'll see!
In this one, Veronika's arm flopped out of her sleeve and blocked the speech bubble, plus she seems to be losing her balance. See more bloopers at the above link!
